The apartment was a great overall experience, from the hosts, to the interior and the part of town it is located in. We felt safe the entire time, the bus stop which leads you all around Rome is literally 1 minute away from the apartment, there are great shops and restaurants nearby. 10-15 minutes by bus to the Colosseum, makes it the ideal spot for a tourist who wants to be out of the centre and it's traffic, but also nearby to all the places you must see. We would of course come here again, the place felt like home after a day had passed, no noise from the neighbors and the terrace is a nice addition for having a chill morning before experiencing the city.
The apartment itself is nicely decorated, some faults we found are: damage on certain walls from previous tenants, AC seemed to have been leaking water even before our stay and the showers watter pressure is infuriating.

We absolutely loved these apartments! They are very spacious and comfortable. During the extremely hot weather, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the apartment nice and cool.
The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, even better than the internet we have at home! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and there was even a coffee machine with coffee provided.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were greeted right on time, everything was explained clearly, and they made us feel very welcome. We were left with only the best impressions.
The Colosseum is about a 30 minute walk away, and right next to the apartments there is a grocery store, as well as several pizzerias and bakeries, which was very convenient.
The towels were wonderfully soft, and the mattress on the large bed was excellent. It was supportive rather than too soft, which was perfect for my back. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again!
There are just a few things that could be improved.
When we arrived, the floor was quite dirty. Fortunately, there was a mop in the apartment, so we quickly cleaned it ourselves.
One of the shower doors is broken and should be repaired as soon as possible, as it looks like it could fall off completely.
Finally, I would recommend adding a couple of good-quality kitchen knives and a lid for the frying pan.
