La propreté et le fait qu’une personne a l’accueil parlait français
L’arrivée tout les soirs de deux ( des fois trois) autocars d’itinérants. Le buffet était rapidement dévasté et lorsqu’ils repartaient, on entendait les valises passées de 3h30 à 4h du matin dans le couloir et ils passaient parfois en parlant fort sans respect. De plus par deux fois , la femme de chambre entre dans la chambre a 8h30 alors qu’on s’apprêtait.

Very friendly staff , nice pools and good breakfast.good car parking.
Room was dated and shower needs updating.Hotel shuttle to Taormina is infrequent and expensive . Taxi fare was €40 one way . Hotel has Lots of steps so be careful if gradients are a problem.

This is more like a 3 star hotel not a 4 star hotel.
We would not stay again.
This is more like an apartment hotel. The rooms are a good 10 mins walk from reception with 2-3 different lifts and too far away from the central areas.
Our shutter to the balcony did not open fully, we could not use the balcony which we had paid extra for. Reception did not offer a discount on the room.
Room was dated, especially the bathroom.
Pool was chilly.
