This pretty holiday apartment for 2 people is located in the "Mediterraneo" building and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a view of the beach.
As the apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Mediterráneo building facing east, you can enjoy the sun rising over the sea.
The Cinco Mares complex offers 4 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts and 3 frontón tennis courts.
The municipality has one of the most popular beaches in the area, where there is also a sailing school. Its marina is the second largest in the province of Valencia and the closest to Madrid, just 5 nautical miles from the port of Valencia. At the marina you will find numerous services just a few steps from the jetty, including supermarkets, pharmacy, medical centre, post office, shops, restaurants, taxis and buses and you have direct access to the beach.
The proximity to Valencia gives visitors access to a wide range of cultural and entertainment options, including La Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias, theatres, museums, restaurants and shopping centres.
And you can enjoy all of this in addition to the Mediterranean climate, which is one of the most pleasant in the world: You can look forward to sunny days and an average temperature of 20 °C all year round.
The town of La Pobla de Farnals offers a wonderful beach for everyone with walkways, changing rooms, showers, toilets, shaded areas, sun loungers and car parks.
