Spacious apartment. Quiet location. Very good instructions regarding parking (both paid and free options) and how to access the building and the apartment. I appreciate the owners' flexibility regarding extending the checkout time. A restaurant and a grocery store are located near the accommodation.
The phone-based access solution was a bit complicated (you always had to have your phone with you and make sure it was charged).

Ruim en schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving, van alles voorzien. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Modena. Supermarkt dichtbij en gratis parkeren. Fijn contact met Valentina.

Apartment spacious, new and lovely. Had elevator. Close to grocery and good choices for restaurants driving 5 minutes away
Dryer had a lock on it. You can't use it. Even though you see it on the photos. Finding the place initially was hard. Use the MD supermarket across the street. Parking is on the street, was kinda tough to find.

Proximité du centre et des commerces
L'appartement en dessous de notre location était en travaux par conséquent nous avons eu droit à notre arrivée au coup de marteau et de perceuse ... il était impossible d'avoir une conversation tellement le bruit était fort.
D'autre part la climatisation est sous dimensionné compte tenu de la superficie de l'appartement. Pas de flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée nous avons dû attendre soit disant la fin du ménage pour accéder à l'appartement alors que que le ménage avait été déjà fait du fait des fortes chaleurs.
