Amazing swimming pool, very large and deep, large enough for 5 of us! Large car park, enough to spin around. Very tidy inside the house.
Not enough tools for bbq, it was hard to clean it, as there was no shovel. Great to have air conditioning in all bedrooms, the only problem was they were working to loud.

Just an 8 minute walk to gorgeous Pollenca old town. The bus network was amazing and took us to Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca at a really reasonable price. The kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi was good. The property felt private and the weather was lovely. It is a traditional Spanish villa decorated as a family home with solid furniture. Do not arrive with the expectation of a light, bright, modern property. Bedrooms are spacious enough with storage. The additional outdoor bathroom was a bonus
Walking into Pollenca was convenient BUT you are walking into oncoming traffic on a narrow road, with no path. Unsuitable if you have a young family (we managed fine).
We were bitten a lot but that's Spain, the environment is warm and nestled in trees but so it was going to happen. Being at the end of the season, although the property was clean, it did smell musty. The beds were very creaky and one broke the minute we put a bag on it - but the maintenance guy was super speedy, arrived in less than ten minutes and fixed it no problem at all.
Someone mentioned dogs barking, yes they did sometimes but it wasn't a problem. There's also a cockerel and a donkey which I quite liked but I think it probably contributed to a fly situation around the pool.
Overall a good family holiday and a new destination ticked off the list
