Citrus house was gorgeous. Super clean and tidy. Everything had a cute tropical vibe. There were ants when we came in. Not a big deal for me personally especially since it's wasn't like an infested situation. Lights are labeled which was helpful to figure out what lights work for what. He has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. There was some stuff in the pantry but I would recommend bring your own coffee and creamer. The trick with the silverware drawer is to pull slightly to the left as you open it. If you know you know lolMike was very accommodating, shipped wood for the fire pit for us which we ended up not using in the end (sorry , and thank you!) propane was in the bbq already too. There are basic seasonings and tools available. I couldn't find any tools for the bbq though and just used a metal spatula I found in the kitchen that ended up doing the trick. Overall really nice stay. We enjoyed the pool and activities available. The main issue we had was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people and one half roll of paper towels. Having extra of these somewhere would've been reassuring and helpful. I accidentally left my camera batteryThank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The place was clean. Other than that it was less than special. The property was extremely run down and the mattress in the master did not even seem to be a real mattress , it was more like a camping mattress. It was very very soft . On the day we arrived we were informed that if we wanted the pool heated we had to pay extra . This rental has potential but it definitely needs a lot of work . I would not recommend it until it was improved.
