You will receive 1 warning to reduce the noise either via sms or via your booking provider's messaging. Guests are required to respond within 30 minutes confirming receipt of the message and that they have addressed the issue and reduced noise. If you fail to reduce noise or respond, the booking may be terminated immediately, and security may escort you from the premises with no exceptions. Strict no-party policy - any breach will likely result in the termination of your booking with no refund. Guest may not touch, remove, or interfere in any way with the device. If the device is touched, removed, or shrouded, an alarm will notify us, and this may result in the booking being terminated for breaching "House rules."
