Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig.
Sie hatte eine für uns perfekte Lage. Schnelle Anbindung zur Innenstadt.
1. Im Vorfeld hatte ich noch ein paar Fragen zur Anreise. Auf meine Anfrage über Booking.com wurde erst 2 Tage später und für mich unverständlich geantwortet.
Ich hatte zwei Mal versucht, die in der E-Mail angegeben mobilen Kontakte (Daniel Hornoff, Sylvia Königsmann)
zu kontaktieren, dies funktionierte jedoch nicht. Erst vor Ort konnte ich
Frau Königsmann erreichen. Das Gespräch verlief sehr freundlich und für uns zufriedenstellend.
2. Durch die extrem große Hitze (38°C), zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes, hätten wir gerne einen Ventilator gebrauchen können. Man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen, da sonst die ganze Wärme reingekommen wäre.
Die Wohnung war ganz schön aufgeheizt, dass war schon etwas unangenehm für.

Das Ambiente war sehr stilvoll. Alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Nix 'zusammen Gesuchtes'. Die Küche hatte auch alles, was es braucht und war sehr ordentlich. Badezimmer riesengroß. Ein Netto für die wichtigsten Dinge ist in der Nähe.
Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht als wir ankamen. Kein Ton nur Bild. Wir dachten es liegt evtl. an den Batterien in der Fernbedienung. Haben extra welche besorgt. Das war es aber nicht. Durch längeres Probieren und Studieren und mit viel Geduld haben wir es hinbekommen. Es lag daran, dass sich ganz viele Gäste wohl mit ihrem Handy per Bluetooth verbunden haben. Das TV Gerät wollte nun den Ton über eines der verbundenen Geräte ausgeben. Nach dem Löschen aller Geräte ging es dann. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Handhabung wäre evtl. hilfreich gewesen. Evtl. kann auch das Servicepersonal beim saubermachen prüfen, ob das Gerät funktioniert. Auch eine Infomappe über WLAN, Müll, Straßenbahnanbindung wäre schön gewesen.

Location was excellent! Apartment was spotless with big windows, very light,large bathroom.
It has all amenities ( if you stay for more than few days)
My disappointment started on arrival, when we could not open the grille to get the keys.
I called the hosts on 2 different numbers and get a voice mail But Sylvia did respond immediately on my message. We did follow instructions, but still were unable to get the keys. Fortunately , another tenant happened to come home and helped us.
When we walked into the apartment, it looks really very nice, but there was not any information for tourists ( I used to have during my previous trips), not even scrap paper or pen etc)
In a bathroom ( which was gorgeous, indeed), we only found liquid soap.,and only 4 towels for 2 people( no extra) A little unusual …
When I was looking for place to stay in Dresden , I requested 2 beds, and booked 1 bedroom apartment.
The bedroom looked very nice with 2 pillows and 2 blankets. But we could not find any sheets for the sofa bed. And when I asked Sylvia , her message shocked me and my cousin. She started her response : “ It is annoying.. ..”, and that I should have requested the sheet in advance during booking
Finally, the sheet was delivered the next day.
The bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed mattress was not and had 3 large stains .
One more thing: coffee capsules were too small for the machine
So , overall we still enjoyed our stay.
But as a frequent traveler ,I expected a different attitude from the host.
