Das Apartment war sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage kann nahe des großen Gartens ist super und lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen oder Jogging Runden in dem wunderschönen Park ein. Die Anbindung mit Straßenbahn ist perfekt und wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfectly located. About 30 min walking (through the beautiful central park of the city) or 10 min driving from the historic centre. Just beside the biggest park in the city.
Well equipped, spacious apartment in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Near to numerous groceries (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl and Netto).
A pretty nice balcony to hang out on.
Free parking, right in front of the apartment.
The communication was fast and effective.
The check-in and check-out was easy and most flexible.
We (family with three kids) just loved it. Highly recommended if you are to visit the beautiful city of Dresden and its surroundings (e.g. Bastei brige)
Maybe some more effective blinders on the windows, but we were so exhausted at the end of the day, that it did not really matter anyway 🙂

- Die Lage ist perfekt. Am Großen Garten, an der S-Bahn und an der Tram
- Das Apartment ist schön und renoviert. Viel Platz und es gibt einen Balkon
- Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden
- Man hat deutlich erkannt, dass vor uns Mieter da waren. Ich habe Champignons und Bockwurst aus der Spülmaschine holen müssen. Außerdem musste ich das ganze Geschirr spülen, weil es noch dreckig war vom Vormieter
- Wir standen 10min vor vorschlossener Haustür trotz abgesprochener Ankunftszeit
- Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr unbequem
- Es gab keine Spülmaschinentabs. Ich kenne von anderen Apartments, dass zumindest 2 Tabs da sind, bis man selber welche kaufen kann
- Mein Handtuch war krümelig oder sandig
