Worked out great for us, and would recommend to friends or family for a trip of their own.

Comfortable lounge/ living room. Well appointed kitchen. Great AC/ climate control.

Parking spot was tricky to get into, but given parking in the neighborhood it was a blessing it existed at all. Electricity kept going out at least once a day, but was easy to reset and property owner is working on a fix.
