Переехали сюда после двух дней проживания на первой линии, т.к. хотели тишины, больше пространства и функциональную кухню. Забронировали на сутки, чтобы посмотреть и остались на неделю. Расположение на третьей линии, но даже пешком до центрального перекрестка с вокзалами 15 минут медленным шагом, мы брали в аренду байк и это расстояние проезжали за 2 минуты. Маленькие магазинчики буквально за углом.Вилла действительно очень удобная, чистая и безопасная. Байк загоняли на ночь во двор под крышей, въездные ворота автоматические. Все как на фото: на первом этаже два больших холла и общая кухня. На кухне несколько комплектов посуды, эл. чайник, газовая плита на две горелки(еще были тостер и даже вафельница), холодильник и стиральная машина.Одна жилая комната с отдельной ванной комнатой на первом этаже. На втором этаже холл с балконом и две жилые комнаты, каждая с отдельной ванной комнатой с водонагревателем. Полотенца, постельные принадлежности-все есть. Если нужно одеяло или фен, хозяин любезно все предоставляет. В жилых комнатах кондиционер, шкаф, столик и зеркало,несколько розеток, также их много в холле, если хотите работать там. Две большие сушилки для вещей. Хозяин Рошан на вилле не проживает, но на связи все время. Очень приятный, доброжелательный и заботливый человек. Искренне благодарю его за организацию!Выезжали в Эллу, без проблем разрешил оставить вещи. Если необходимо, поможет подобрать байк в аренду. На вилле действительно тихо, светло, удобно и уютно,мечеть не слышно, поезд тоже не слышно, потому что жилые комнаты в глубине дома.Вечером можно сидеть на балконе или во дворе.

The privacy and the property itself. Spacious, well decorated, in a convenient location and the caretaker was genuinely helpful and friendly.
The fact that I won't be able to book it again as often as I'd hoped due to continuous bookings from other guests.

We had the pleasure of staying at the guesthouse during my recent trip to Sri Lanka, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the owner, Roshan, made me feel right at home. He was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions we had about the area. He went above and beyond as a host, even dropped off a Sri Lankan breakfast on my partners birthday!
The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with a charming ambiance that perfectly complements the surroundings. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with very effective air conditioning, which was a true blessing given the tropical heat. We slept wonderfully and appreciated the serene environment.
One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to prepare my own meals when we wanted to, especially after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed and made me feel more at home.
Overall, the villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Thank you, Roshan, for making our stay in Weligama so memorable! We can’t wait to return!
The downstairs room didn’t get much natural light, but upstairs was perfect.
