Чистота и отсутствие насекомых. Есть общая небольшая кухня с посудой, общий холодильник. Есть общая гостиная и веранда со столом. Номер оказался маленькой комнатой на втором этаже, с большой кроватью, удобным матрасом, вентилятором и кондиционером, со своей ванной, близко по отношению к пляжу и океану. Вкусные завтраки были включены в стоимость. Хозяева держат кафе, удобно там и обедать, и ужинать. Дружелюбные хозяева, могут помочь в решении любых вопросов. Хотела продлить свое пребывание там, но все было продано, бронировать нужно заранее. В следующий раз останусь на отдыхе в Мириссе подольше и забронирую этот же вариант.
Недостатков нет, есть баланс цена-качество.

The location was good, only a short walk to the beach. There’s a communal kitchen with a big fridge and freezer to keep food and drinks cool. The communal balcony is spacious.
The room was very small (not big enough for 2 travellers) and basic. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t sealed from the outside so a lot of bugs get in. I stayed for 6 days and my room wasn’t cleaned at all, I had to ask for extra toilet paper etc. (which they did provide once asked). The bed isn’t very comfortable and is creaky.
