Am rugat sa stam 15 minute peste ora check out - lui,ne am trezit cu femeia care face curat peste noi,si nu a fost foarte ok.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Sogar Duschbad/ Shampoo 👌🏻.
Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung in der besten Gegend Valencias. Eine Kleinigkeit gibt’s zu wissen.
Der Geruch aus den Abwasserleitungen ist manchmal doll, manchmal nicht. Dafür kann die Vermietung nichts. Es ist aber erträglich. Durch die Glaswand zur Straße hört man alle Geräusche (auch sonntags kommt die Müllabfuhr 😂👌🏻), am besten darauf einstellen oder Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

The flat was locate quite close to the beach and not so far from a bus stop connect with both city center and train station. Flat is quite new, with ikea furniture .
The check-in experience was a nightmare. Although the property states, "We are in contact to arrange the time of arrival, as we will go to the flat to welcome you," no one showed up. We arrived at 10:30 PM, exactly as agreed with the property. None was there. We called the host several times, but nobody answered. We then contacted Booking.com customer service, who also tried to reach them without success. Finally, half an hour later, the property management called us back. Only then did they explain that the keys were in a lockbox and provide us with the access code. When we finally entered the flat, we found the air conditioning running at 20°C while the bathroom heater was simultaneously blasting at maximum power. Furthermore, the washing machine was completely full, and a wash cycle had already finished. We initially thought the previous guest had left their clothes behind, but we later discovered the property management had used it to wash the unit's bedsheets and towels. It is clear that no professional cleaning service is used for this facility. Someone from the property finally came to collect the laundry the following day around 3:00 PM. This means the wet linens sat inside the machine for nearly a full day, which explains why all the sheets and towels smelled strongly of mold. Additionally, potential guests should note that the flat is a converted street-level shop. Because of this layout, cockroaches can easily gain access from the outside, and street noise is audible inside.
