Dolphin Point 305B
Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that is starting in the "C" building. You may hear noise and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay.
*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. *
Take a peek at this third-floor condo at Dolphin Point, Dolphin Point 305B. This roomy condo is noticeably close to Harbor, and a brief 7–10-minute walk to the beach. For an additional fee this unit includes access to the marina and boat slip. Boat slip is 40ft long x 13ft wide will hold a 35ft boat. Boat Slip is a wet slip does not have a boat lift. Boat registration and proof of insurance are required.
This pleasantly adorned unit has all you require to ensure your vacation is a relaxing one. The kitchen comes with plenty of open space and all the pots, pans, dishware, silverware, and full-size appliances needed to prepare your favorite feast on the large dining table. The living room has a plush sectional and a large-screen Smart TV to fulfill your entertainment desires.

You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign. Turn right onto Moreno Point Road. Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
