As soon as you step into our home, you'll be captivated by the stylish and contemporary design. The primary bedroom is a true masterpiece, showcasing a king size bed overlooking the serene ocean and the famous Belizean reef. Wake up to the mesmerizing sunrise and enjoy the spacious private bathroom with an oversized shower and floor-to-ceiling ocean view window. The other two guest bedrooms are equally impressive, both featuring queen size beds and private balconies perfect for taking in the picturesque sunsets. You'll also find a shared jack and jill style bathroom with a large shower. Every bedroom offers high-quality mattresses to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor and includes a comfortable queen bed and shared shower/bath. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with GE Cafe appliances and a gas range. It's perfect for preparing your own delicious meals or having one of the talented private chefs on the island cater to your culinary desires. The open concept design allows for seamless integration between the kitchen and living room, which overlooks the pool, beach, and ocean. All the furniture in the home is custom-made in San Pedro, showcasing the remarkable craftsmanship and utilizing local Belizean hardwoods. We highly recommend renting a golf cart for transportation around the island, as it's the preferred mode of travel for most visitors. During your stay, you'll have the support of a dedicated property manager and local caretaker who will be available to assist you with any needs or questions you may have. Located in the Spanish Reef subdivision, our home is nestled in a peaceful and friendly community. There's a local corner store nearby for your basic needs and maybe even some delightful local treats. Situated 4.5 miles north of the bridge, at the secret beach turnoff, our location offers easy access to everything. It's just a 15-minute golf cart ride from town, with plenty of local restaurants and resorts to explore along the way. If you have your own boat, we also have a dock available for pickups and drop-offs for excursions, fishing trips, and diving adventures. Please note that our home is exclusively for ages 12+ and guests must be 21 years or older to book. We are more than happy to assist you in customizing your entire trip, from booking excursions and golf cart rentals to arranging diving and snorkeling experiences. You will be provided an access code for the front door. No keys required. A golf cart rental is highly recommended to provide transportation around the island. It’s how everyone travels here. We can help set this up for you along with private chefs, diving, snorkeling, fishing, & other excursions. Lots of newer contemporary style homes have been recently built. a small and quiet community with a local corner store for your basic needs and sometimes local treats! We are located 4.5 miles north of the bridge right at the secret beach turn off. Perfect location for having access to everything. Ask us about helping you with your golf cart rental. About a 15 minute golf cart ride from town with lots of local restaurants & resorts along the way. You will definitely want to rent a golf cart for transportation. These are the local vehicles used on the island. We have a dock as well for boats that can pickup/drop-off for excursions, fishing, diving, etc Must be 21+ to book. Ages 12+ only. We can help customize your entire trip! We have a pool cleaner and landscape service that come to the property every week. Typically on Tuesdays. 1. Adults Only. Must be 21+ to book. No guests under the age of 12. 2. Please be careful with luggage on the wood staircase. Please do not drag luggage up/down to prevent damage to wood stairs. Thank you! 3. Please do not move any furniture in the home. 4. No Parties. Have fun in the Sun but our home is for registered guests only. If booking for an event guest must get authorization from host prior to booking. 5. Please turn off Air Conditioning units & lights when not in use or when leaving the property. Help us conserve energy and be green :) 6. We ask that guests only open the pool patio doors when there is no ocean breeze and during calm weather(Typically Morning). Since we are located directly on the ocean the salt air can ruin both yours and our electronics. It is also very damaging to appliances and causes rust. 7. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT SWIM OUT PAST THE END OF THE DOCK WITHOUT A DIVE MARKER! There is a boating lane directly in front that is very dangerous. The boat captains cannot see you snorkeling in the water without proper dive buoys. 8. Please refrain from beach fires during windy weather. We do have a dry season and fires can start easily regardless of how beautiful and green everything looks. Trust me ;) 9. Please no smoking on the property whatsoever. This includes balconies and outdoor areas. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to smoke, please walk off of the property. Thank you for your understanding. 10. Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the bedrooms 11. Please do not take any of the white towels/linens outside of the home. We have pool/outdoor towels available for guests. 12. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH any materials down the toilet (i.e. toilet paper, tampons, etc...). No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. Water and Septic: The house uses a rainwater cistern and septic system. Please be consciousness about water use and help us preserve the rainwater during dry months(Jan-July). The house water is drinkable and is filtered through a 5 stage Aquasana system with UV light. However, we do provide a 5 gallon water dispenser that provides higher quality drinking water. EMERGENCIES - Dialing 911 will connect you to the local police department anywhere in Belize to include Ambergris Caye. The police will be able to render assistance in almost any circumstance. They will also be able to summon an ambulance or the fire department as needed. All guests are required to provide a copy of a drivers license, passport, or government issued ID prior to check in. We also require the names and ages of all additional guests. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Airbnb. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for for travel restrictions, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as, weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., we strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Our cancellation policy was created for situations such as this and can not be altered. No refunds will be provided outside the cancellation policy. Please be aware that our home is an oceanfront property. Weather, water, and beach conditions may vary. In the recent years sargassum seaweed has been washing up on the beaches along the entire Caribbean and gulf coasts of US, Mexico, & Belize. While we all want pristine beaches sometimes this may be out of our control. There may be occasional power outages on the island. These are out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience. No refunds or discounts will be provided.
