CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets unless allowed, no indoor smoking, and pre-entry cleaning. DAMAGE INSURANCE: PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest. OTHER INSURANCE: Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
