Our charming holiday home (number 41), with sea views from both floors and a swimming pool, is situated in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex (Rochemarine) with a swimming pool, just 15 km from Cannes. The residential complex is situated both by the sea and next to the Esterel Nature Reserve, with its red cliffs and a wide variety of walking and cycling trails. It can be reached via one of France’s most beautiful coastal roads, the Corniche d’Or, or by boat to and from Cannes during the high season. The beach, excellent restaurants (e.g. Maréa (Michelin Guide), La Joya, Matipi), a few snack bars (including an Asian restaurant and a pizzeria) and the harbour are all within a 6-minute walk. The holiday home offers complete privacy (not overlooked) and a wonderful view of the sea, and is spread over two floors with 2.5 rooms. It can accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor, there is a very small bedroom for one person with a sleeper chair (77x193), which can easily be converted into a single bed, a guest toilet and the dining/living room with an open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and access to the 9 sqm garden terrace and a small private garden. The house is just a 1-minute walk from the residence’s communal pool, which, with the exception of August, is virtually a private pool. The sofa in the living area folds out into a bed 1.50 wide and 2 m long. The living room has a brand-new television. Upstairs, there is a further separate toilet, a bathroom and the bedroom with a 1.40 bed, as well as a 9-square-metre private, secluded terrace with sea views, complete with a sun lounger and a bistro table. All rooms have windows, are lockable, are equipped with radiators for the winter and, during the high season, each room has a tower fan. The house has fibre-optic Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote working. You can park your car or sports equipment (bicycles, SUPs, etc.) safely and conveniently in a spacious underground car park with a lockable private garage bay. The property has already received very good guest reviews on various platforms, including Google Maps. In the low season, the minimum rental period is 4 days; in the high season (late June to early September), it is 1 week. Bed linen and towels can be booked as an extra at an additional cost. A free shuttle bus runs throughout the year within Théoule. This means you can use the shuttle for the return journey after a hike. During the high season, there are live concerts in the evenings at the various harbours in Théoule. In Cannes, Mandelieu and Fréjus, there are fireworks by the sea. On Sundays, the fish market takes place at Figuerette harbour.
