Discover paradise at our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront cottage in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Wake up to the soothing sounds of waves just steps away. Witness the magic of nature as turtles nest and hatch on the beach from May to October. Enjoy breathtaking unobstructed views of rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center right from the comfort of your own beachfront oasis. With the ocean as your backyard, this is the perfect retreat for a serene and unforgettable getaway.
Stair access to the beach is located just south of the house if you are unable to walk down the dune (see picture).
Please be aware that during certain times of the year, no-see-ums can be prevalent, so consider using insect repellent to ensure a comfortable stay.

Only security cameras on property are a Ring camera at the front door and a camera pointing in the direction of the public beach access.

Check in was easy, house was spotless and first row house right on the beach. Garage was packed with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, everything we needed to have a great time. We got to see so many sea turtles swimming around, and almost got bumped into by two turtles mating. We were looking for a quiet place to hang out and do nothing by the beach, and this place was all that and more. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
