The property is really nice but a bit old and needs a bit of maintenance as the walls and bathrooms were a bit rundown.
The staff are horrible and very unaccomodating. We were meant to have 2 parking spaces but they just seemed confused the whole time. Thankfully the owner had been extremely lovely and was able to sort it out for us on the second day but the lobby staff were absolutely unhelpful with anything. They also made it extremely difficult to come into the apartment as they said that we can’t go in until check in time, which was fine, but then we weren’t even allowed to sit in the WAITING area of the lobby or even LOOK at the corridor without them freaking out about us wanting to go to the apartment. They also didn’t tell us the true prices for the guest parking till we asked if the rates changed and they reluctantly told us afterwards that they do increase at night. They also saw us struggling to get all the bags from the car since we didn’t have the other parking space and didn’t help and the temperature was hot yet they didn’t open the KEY ACTIVATED doors right away when we’d reach it from getting the luggage from the car. Instead they’d wait a few seconds looking at us then go at a leisurely pace and come open the door then immediately go back to their desk. Just absolutely horrible. We tried so hard to be understanding of their rules but their treatment was horrible.

De ruimte en dichtbij de pretparken
Op sommige plekken waren de muren of plafond aan het afbrokkelen. Dat was minder fijn.
