Wont be staying here again. For the price it isn't worth it

The lake, ducks, swans n koi fish. It was very peaceful. Loved the fountain. The place looks nice but thats about it.

The administration, cleanliness needs to improve. The lounge is very uncomfortable. Bbq was filthy n not clean. Kitchen corner cupboard fell of hinges, outdoor glass table was wobbly, dining table is very small n only for 3 people, 3 chairs. No face or hand towels. 2 tablespoons n 4 teaspoons. 2 coffee mugs were dirty. Received different texts from different mobiles n numerous emails from admin.

Took the kids on a short staycay. We enjoyed having easy access yo the river. Mandurah city centre only 15 mins away a

Light, bright, exceptionally clean, well appointed. Balcony overlooks a man-made lake with ducks, swans and koi. Located close to the river with easy access for kayaks, fishing and SUP’s. Handy having the tavern right there too.

The surrounding area (not the house we stayed in) is quite dated. Pool was freezing, tennis courts were pretty old and buildings around the pool area were dilapidated. Recently been broken into and vandalised with no attempt to clean up the damage or mess left by the vandals. As unsightly as this was, it didn’t detract from our stay.
