Lots to improve for the price but nice home

It was clean and upgraded. Everything worked.

The alarm in the driving way going off whenever a car goes by. The beds are EXTREMELY firm and still had the plastic underneath the sheets. Pool was not clean. Massive amounts of spider webs in the backyard. No washer and dryer. Tried to contact the owner with. No response. Tv in master bedroom did not work.
