Location was nice. Tv area next to and at pool where nice.
There was a post in Aug about wiggling toilet, broken “ door” and mold on floor in master. Still not fixed. Master bedroom had only 1 sheet on bed. Comforter and blue sticky stuff on it. There was a pot that still had noodles in it. Other bath: toothpaste on counter. Shower leaks water onto floor. And when I let management know when we were left. They said they needed pics.

The apartment had all of the amenities I needed. Most stores were a very short drive away.
The master room:
1. Mold around the fan as well as the visible corner molding
2.The toilet is NOT secured to the floor. It rocked and scraped the tile while using
3. The "door" was broken into the bathroom
4. The doors into the master closet were broken and off hinges
Getting to the beach was not easy as I hoped, even with the short distance away.
Also was not a fan of having to pay $100 for two days of parking..
