Convenient and practical

Convenient to the center of town but far enough away from the busy people and traffic. Vicente has tried to think of everything one may need and was very helpful. This was our second stay here, and we will be back!

The flat, like many such rentals in Valencia, is on the ground floor. The area across the street could be noisy with chatty people in the early evening.

Amazing location right in Chinatown. Central to centro, Valencia train station and Russafa. Best restaurants around Russafa.

Valencia's most client-orientated landlord

Communication with Vicente (landlord), very comfortable check-in & check-out, spacious apartments with plenty of spacegood Wi-Fi, convenient location (10 mins on foot from the metro with direct line to the airport, the same distance to the big supermarket Mercadona), kitchen equipment, room lighting, water pressure, bed (mattress could be softer and smaller pillows would be just perfect)). All the nice reviews about Vicente are completely true, as are the photos of the apartment.

The only minus that I сan recall is that the place is not quiet, you can hear noise from the street (entrance to the apartment from the street where people walk). But compared to all the pluses, I highly recommend this place and next time I will definitely choose it again! A big thank you to the most client-orientated landlord Vicente!

Charming apartment in excellent location

The apartment is exceptionally clean and quite comfortable. The location is excellent, as you can access the subway in minutes and can also walk at the train station in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and it is well illuminated. The host is super helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

De locatie van het appartement is gelegen op een fijne plek; dicht bij de metro en treinstation. Het centrum is ook op loopafstand. Veel leuke cafetjes en restaurantjes in de buurt. Het appartement heeft veel faciliteiten in de keuken en badkamer wat aangenaam was. Airco deed het goed.

Bed was klein, maar wij zijn ook lange mensen. De douche werd standaard binnen een paar minuten kouder / lauwer.
