Das Haus ist in allen Punkten großzügigst: in seiner architektonischen Disposition, seinen Gemeinschaftsräumen, seiner Küche mit Ausstattung, in den Zimmern. Öffentliches Parken in der Straße ist garantiert. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst bemüht, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.
Ganz klare Empfehlung besonders auch für mehrtägige Aufenthalte. Ideal um La Laguna, Santa Cruz und das Anaga-Gebirge zu erkunden. Und auch rauf zum Teide zu fahren.
Wir haben schon öfters in La Laguna gewohnt. Das hier hat uns echt angenehm überrascht.

Zu Fuß in die Stadt geht man schon so 20 Minuten. Was bei den häufigen Regenfällen in La Laguna unangenehm werden kann. Ein Schirm war aber im Haus vorhanden.

la situación de la casa, el silencio y la amplitud de la habitación
la casa es muy fría y por lo tanto no se pueden utilizar las áreas comunes donde hay sofás y zonas de lectura porque hace demasiado frío, no hay ningún sistema de calefacción excepto en la habitación.
Las luces de las mesitas de noche son bombillas que molestan muchísimo a los ojos.
