Great little annex, in a quiet town. Parking outside the annex. Good communication with owner. Clean with all of the facilities you would need for a short stay.
It was unusually warm when we stayed. The bedroom is in the loft and got quite hot. There was a fan provided but didnt manage to do much. An aircon unit would be a great addition but maybe asking a bit much?

Perfect location for Primrose Hill Farm venue.
Loved the little paw prints in the floor tiles.
Parking was a bit tricky…yes we had a large camper, which didn’t help, but would have been really useful if we could have parked behind the gate, so as not to upset the neighbours. Fortunately we were leaving, just as the tricky one arrived home after the weekend…phew :-)

Location was nice, and quiet. Kitchen modern and some nice features like airfryer, standard lamp, battery candles and original stone flooring. Bed/mattress very comfortable.
Didn't like the position of the bed under the sloped ceiling, bed linen could be better and nicer quality and the tiny bathroom was not comfortable. No room to dry after showering. There was no kettle in the kitchen for tea and black coffee, and the seating area really needs a TV which I think would be expected by most people.
