For your safety, the home is monitored by a 24 hour security system of the exterior of the home. The home is a 15 minute drive to Victoria, 20 minute drive to Sooke, 25 to 30 minute drive to Shawnigan Lake. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise levels down after 11pm. 5) Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests unless otherwise arranged and approved by host. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight and no guests not listed on agreement may occupy. 6) Respect for Neighbours Please respect our neighbour’s privacy and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11pm and 7am. 7) Damages Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay, please report any issues to the host as soon as possible. 8) Cleanliness We take pride in providing a clean and tidy space. Upon arrival please report any damages or concerns related to the property to the host. 9) Appliances and Utilities Please use all appliances and utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use.
