Nestled in Zumaia, this attractive condo for $162 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to this home in Zumaia, located in the old town but with sufficient height and insulation to muffle the sounds that may come from the lively streets. It is an ideal home for families or couples who seek privacy within the same home, as it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them private within the same main room. The location is ideal as it is located on the main artery of the coastal town, where very close you will find a bus stop, the rotating payment parking system with tickect and the estuary dock where the transfer operates in the summer months. by boat from side to side, ideal for returning from the free park and ride facilities in Zumaia. In addition, it is located less than 10 minutes walk from Itzurun beach, the San Telmo hermitage and the Flysch which is located within the Geopark which offers numerous activities. A pleasant walk takes you to the marina or the other beach in Santiago… If your idea is to know the Basque Country, nearby there are ideal places to marvel at its history and gastronomy such as Getaria or Zarautz. Capitals like San Sebastián that are less than half an hour away by car and others like Bilbao or Vitoria that are less than an hour from the town. And, if you don't want to take the car, there is a good frequency of buses to go to San Sebastián, even to go to places in the interior of the province, such as Zestoa, Azpeitia, Sanctuary of Loyola, Azkoitia and Zumarraga, and also the train that connects Bilbao and San Sebastian that you can use to travel comfortably to nearby coastal places. The house, located on the second floor, has an elevator and is designed for 6 people that are distributed in 3 rooms, of which 2 are exterior and another overlooks a large covered interior patio where you can hang clothes. It has two bathrooms, one common with a shower, and another integrated into a small private hall that has a closet/dressing room, the bathroom with a bathtub, and the bedroom. Two of the rooms have a 1.50 m double bed, and the other room has two 0.90 m single beds. A touch of light has been given to this old house, which has been given a facelift. The kitchen is ideal for showing off your chef skills as it has all types of appliances, including a dishwasher for your convenience. In addition, it has a large living room with a desk in case you want to do some work during your stay, or if you just want to rest, the home also has a large Chaise Longue where you can disconnect and entertain yourself comfortably with television. Definitely, an ideal place to enjoy well-deserved vacation.
