Très bon séjour. Idéal pour la randonnée de la route du flysch de Zumaia à Deba.

Très bon emplacement géographique. Très belle vue sur mer depuis la chambre. Parking gratuit très appréciable.

NIce hotel with view to Atlantik and to wild nature

Zumaia is a famous place for wild nature and relatively high waves. The hotel is located on on of the most beautiful places, the beach is 2 walking minutes away. The view from the room windows is dierctly to the ocean and hils located near by. The city is small (achievable in around 5-7 minutes by walking). If you would like to be alone in the nature, in 10 minutes you will find peacefull place around. It is a paradise to those who like wild nature and small beaches. The water boiler was inside the room (tee and coffee available as well), additional bonus point. The hotel is also very flexible: if you do not need havy breakfest, you could take a very good coffee from the bar and some cake. You also reserve dinner at the hotel (which is tasty and inexpensive) . If you travelling by car, there is free private parking space at the hotel (another very big plus)

There was nothing to dislike. Short advice: Zumaia is also achievable from San Sebastian by bus. I would also recommend to buy drinking water (available at the hotel bar (2.5 Eur / 2.5 Liter).

Great location

The best location in Zumaia. Comfortable rooms, nice front desk staff.

- The spa is extra and it wasn’t explained to us until we asked. - We stayed two nights and our room didn’t have toilet paper even after it was cleaned after the first night.

Exceptional

Amazing chap at reception, we do not remember his name, but he is a genuine asset for the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality. I saw a few negative comments about the breakfast but this was excellent with traditional Spanish item.

Probbly the best hotel in this area, but dont expect too much.

had a great view of the beach & sea, although it was noisy through the windows. a very basic room and hotel. if the spa is open its worth a visit.

This hotel is basic and has no atmosphere and can get boring with little to do.

The location was very special indeed, overlooking a glorious beach, and very convenient for walking El Camino. The room had everything we need - nice toiletries, comfy beds, decent bathroom, even robes. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast waitress was not at all friendly. One might say grumpy in fact! It was a shame that guests had to pay to use the pool. In the end, this wasn't too much of a problem, as the weather was glorious and the beach a minute away so we could swim in the sea.

Excellent location with wonderful views directly at the beach and close to the coastal hiking path. The person who checked us in was exceptionally friendly.

The rooms were not very clean. We found chewing gum on the floor and there were dirt stains in the bathroom.

Hotel with the million-dollar view

Location. The million-dollar view! Great indoor pool with heated water and abundance of water jets.

A small fridge/minibar in the room would be nice addition. Otherwise, everything is great!

Great seafront location with Very basic Rooms. Book sea view with booking!

Great location, right on the beach.

Host gave us a very poor room with no sea view despite my request. Basically furnished rooms; require modernization. Restaurant not open for dinner but simply amazing beach bar/restaurant withing 2 minutes walking.

Ideal location in a small town by the sea

Friendly staff, parking available on site. Clean room with facilities. Right by the sea, can see the beach from the edge of the hotel, so ideal location

We felt a bit of pressure to get to the hotel, our plane was delayed and so we landed later than planned. The hotel rang to see what time we would be arriving we stated around 10:30. The close of check in is 11. They rang more than once to see where we were, which just seemed a bit unnecessary, as we had already stated we were on our way from the airport. The room was incredibly warm and the thermostat didn't work to change the temperature. The breakfast also started late compared to other places we've stayed. We needed to have an early breakfast and be out of the hotel quite early, due to our plans but not all the breakfast was even out at 8 when breakfast was supposed to start. Only a minor thing as most people probably don't mind that.
