אנשים נחמדים מאוד ועוזרים. יש מטבח שיתופי. ביום השני השקיעו עם פנקייק. נתנו לנו לעבור ביום האחרון לחדר אחר, להישארות עד אוטובוס לילה, בתוספת 40 סול. מסעדת צ'יפה מעולה ממש ממול.
אין מעלית. הקבלה רק מתחילה בקומה 2, בקומה 3 גרה המשפחה. רק בקומות 4-5 נמצאים החדרים. הבחור הנחמד בקבלה עזר עם המזוודות. בנוסף, בקושי היה זרם במקלחת, אין אפשרות למים חמים בכיור. אין בידוד לרעש מבחוץ. בנוסף, הקיר הפנימי הוא עם חלון גדול והרבה זכוכית מסביב לדלת - בלי ווילון. כל אור מהמסדרון או מחדר אחר משתלט על החדר שלנו.

Logement propre. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Il y a la possibilité de réserver les visites des laguna et des treks directement via l’auberge. La veille de la visite souhaitée, pour booker, il suffit de contacter le propriétaire via WhatsApp si vous n’êtes pas sur place. Il vous envoie le détail du programme de la visite. C’est très facile et pratique de pouvoir fonctionner au jour le jour sans se tracasser de la réservation.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement, qui est très propre et bien situé.
La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée et fournie : épices, papier aluminium pour préparer nos sandwichs, thé et café sont notamment mis à disposition.
Gros point positif également pour l’eau chaude de la douche 🚿
Le gérant est très sympathique, parle très bien anglais et reste facilement disponible sur WhatsApp. Il propose également différentes activités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse, notamment lorsqu’il nous a laissé une partie du petit-déjeuner un matin où nous devions partir très tôt en excursion.
En revanche, les nuisances sonores et la lumière sont un réel problème.
La chambre est assez lumineuse la nuit, en raison de la porte d’entrée qui est en partie transparente et du couloir qui reste souvent éclairé.
L’isolation phonique pourrait également être améliorée, on entend les bruits de la rue ainsi que les autres voyageurs.
Enfin, il n’est malheureusement pas possible d’emporter le petit-déjeuner complet lorsqu’on part tôt en excursion, car il est préparé sur place au moment du service.

The room was clean and the shower had hot water, which was nice after long days in the mountains. The property had a simple, functional setup and the location in Huaraz was convenient for exploring the area.
The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were quite hard, which affected sleep quality. The kitchen was often closed, which limited the use of shared facilities. Breakfast was served quite late, which was not always convenient for early departures, and there was no breakfast available on Sundays. There was also some noise from a dog and a child in the building at times.
