Close to airport. Free airport shuttle from airport. Room as described. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for 1 night. Staff were helpful in re-freezing ice packs that I needed for my medication. Very responsive to pre-arrival inquiries.
The big issue was at check-out. The hotel required prepayment for the airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport. On the morning of check-out - no van showed up. I think the van missed the earlier pick-ups as well and the hotel couldn't reach the driver by phone. I was told that we would be reimbursed the cost of the airport shuttle PLUS taxi that I had to pay to the airport. I submitted my receipts but had to make many many calls and send many emails. It took about 3 weeks to sort out. Fortunately - thanks to the manager - it was eventually resolved.
This is the only negative - and i would have rated the hotel higher if it weren't for this.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for Schiphol Airport. Good value for money.
The vending machine could be more full with different selection of food.

The fact that there was an Albert Heijn to go vending machine there, because I came back really late. The two men I met at the reception, one on the night before I left and the day I was leaving were helping and pleasant.
The cleaning service and breakfast offer was subpar. And the lady I met on the first night was not unkind but dismissive. The location is also far from public transportation stops

Breakfast! This is truly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. I never thought I would say this.
€17.50 for breakfast is a joke!
The scrambled eggs were so overcooked that I couldn’t eat them. The baked beans were also terrible.
The bread selection was a joke— for a second, I thought I wasn’t in the Netherlands anymore after seeing it. The croissant was another one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten.
Besides the coffee, there is nothing good about this breakfast.
Please do yourself a favor: eat somewhere else and save your €17.50.
