スタッフの方が丁寧に案内してくださり、赤ちゃんがいたためベビーカーや荷物も部屋まで運んでくださいました。部屋にはないがロビーに電子レンジがあり助かりました！

エアコンがついて無くて冷えるのに時間がかかった

Overall clean and quiet. Not impeccably clean, but satisfactorily clean.
The room was light and bright with the curtains open which I like.
The Luup scooter station on the property was very convenient.
Maybe a pad on the ceiling of the third floor staircase? I bumped my head pretty hard coming down one morning -it actually drew blood a little lol. Im sure others have also hit their head?
The shower room is a bit weird if you are staying with someone you are just friends with as you can see into the shower area through the glass door. Its a frosted glass door and it's not frosted to the edges. Not a problem for me as I was staying alone but weird just the same. That point is a bit love-hotel-like.
The area around the trash can on the floor and wall could have been cleaner but it wasn't bad. I actually probably wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't stretching on the floor somewhat near that area. I was happy with the room. I would stay again.
