Este apartamento es lo que yo llamo precio trampa.
en el anuncio tiene un precio muy atractivo , pero cuando lo reservas y pagas , entonces recibes un mensaje en el que solo tienes cuatro horas para responder ,parece suficiente pero si por ejemplo estas trabajando sin acceso al teléfono el tiempo se caduca
En el mensaje te indican que el consumo de luz esta limitado y si lo superas debes pagar a euro el KW
también piden una fianza en metálico de 150€ de la que no recibes ni resguardo ni comprobante ,sujeta al criterio de la propiedad
Creo que esto debe aparecer en las condiciones del anuncio
Respecto de la limpieza del apartamento en nuestro caso no supera mas de un 5 a pesar de que aparece como una referencia de calidad

Fantastic location. Shops, bars, beach all close by.
The drains around the pool were a little broken which made them slightly dangerous for our children.

Top class apartment. Very clean and a fantastic location . Lovely host who had left a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a lovely touch.
2 locks on door of apartment and I could not open them. It was so complicated and was very inconvenient as only my husband was able to open the door. This was the only let down on our stay. Everything else was first class. 9 out of 10

Sentralt, kort vei til restauranter og butikker.
At det ligger midt på stripa med et forferdelig spetakkel fra barer og pubber til kl 03 om natta.
Litt for langt fra til stranda for å gå. Dårlig informasjon om overnattingsstedet hva som lå ved siden av. Som f eksempel supermarked. Sterk trafikkert motorvei ved siden av.
