Convenient location for what we needed and nicely situated under a tree which was cooler for the summer sun.
It smelled very damp and some of the window latches were broken. Many of the cushions in the shared lounge area were stained. I’m guessing it’s quite empty over the winter months and didn’t get much of an airing since it’s a privately owned caravan and not owned by Haven.

Good location right next to everything the owner was most helpful..
As not booked via haven we had to buy our passes. 100 odd pound for 3 kids 1 adult. So make sure u buy them on arrival..
Furniture and carpets need good scrub but other than that was excellent.

Very clean, with a good layout in the caravan. All the bedding was fresh.
Quite close to the main bar so was a little noisy at night. The towels that were provided were for tiny humans not 6ft adults. Some damage to windows and doors that could do with sorting.

The Haven site and the facilities were very nice. Lovely being set in amongst the trees and close to drive to the beach. The Resteraunt was pleasant, food was good and nice having indoor and outdoor pool options. I would recommend staying at this Haven site again.
The staff in the restaurant seemed almost irritated having to serve us at evening dinner and breakfast. The chefs were friendly and cheerful. The caravan was a good size and located in a great spot on the site but it was not very clean and we had double checked there was linen and towels before leaving home but for 6 people we were only given 1 proper sized towel to shower, a tiny floor towel and 3 small hand towels, which made showering for 6 adults very difficult.
