Never stayed in a caravan before, it was a great experience. It was clean and well maintained. Really cosy and the kids loved it. Top marks for communication and ease of access. Great resort!

Breakfast was expensive by the time you added toast & wasn’t great the kids scrambled egg was cooked for too long and had turned green, it just hadn’t been scrambled properly hence they didn’t eat it . The cooked adults breakfast was like a child’s portion and the bacon wasn’t cooked enough, bit of a rip off really, very disappointing

At first glance the van looked absolutely fine but then unfortunately it went down hill.
The master was full of flowty cobwebs, above the headboard and the wardrobe had an awful BO sour smell. (Not nice so lived out of my bag. The en suite toilet seat kept sliding off and the 2 scatter cushions on the bed were grimy. (Not necessary). It Would also have been nice to have had the bed linen ironed.
The Smallest bedroom it is what it is!
The small room nearest the kitchen was ok but the scatter cushions were nasty and again the bed linen was not ironed.
The blanket throws were not nice either. If they are not clean don’t bother using them.
I know it’s a rental property but even so when things start looking old and not looked after it’s time to invest.
The kitchen appliances were good other than the cooker where you have to be very careful with the knobs, they were so loose especially the grill knob which accidentally got moved into the on position a few times. Very dangerous! The air fryer was a welcome addition.
The rug in the Ctr of the lounge area again looked nasty and the cushions were as flat as a pancake. The central light shades were covered in a dark dust the orange lamp base was covered in dust.
The lounge tie backs would benefit from new Valcro and some of the curtain gliders have gone missing.
Unfortunately The whole van had a very unfavourable feeling and smell.
BTW the fridge and freezer didn’t look as if it had seen a clean cloth in ages.
