It was lovely, clean, well-equipped and in a great spot on the site.
Property was great, however, as we didn't book direct with Haven it was extremely difficult to book activities, (impossible on the app), which was very disappointing. It would have been handy to know beforehand.

The perfect place for families. We lucked out on the weather with beautiful sunshine. We recieved an email in advance telling us that we would have to pay over £100 to use the pool/other facilities for the weekend. Fortunately, on arrival we found out we could buy 1 day pass for £10pp. We were only interested in the outdoor pool for our 1-year-old; the indoor pool requires advance booking. We were happy with the size and facilities of the caravan. We loved the nature on our doorstep and the river path within walking distance (if you like walking). By car, there was plenty to see nearby. We visited the on-site evening entertainment just once and the kids were loving it. We also made use of both on-site playgrounds. We had to call our host on arrival and she was very responsive and kind.
I contacted a couple times in advance to arrange a cot. On arrival, a cot was in the room, but it was broken. I called our host and she explained the staff didn't know how to assemble it. She directed us to reception which was closed. Fortunately, the main at the arrivals gate gave us the number and a gentleman kindly delivered a new cot within the hour. Our only other dislike was the absence of towels and WiFi. Free WiFi is only available inside public areas of the campsite. There is also only fast food options available (i.e. Papa Johns and fish & chips), but we catered for ourselves.

Very cosy nice location and was just perfect for what we wanted
How it was near wood land and had trees close made you feel like you was somewhere special food facilities and the owner very friendly helpful

The weather was very hot , it was nice that the caravan was quite shaded.
Wild Duck site was nice size site we weren't far from any of the facilities
It was good to have an indoor & outside swimming pool
The caravan wasn't very clean, we had to wipe over the fridge/ freezer
Found a piece of lettuce on seating around the table!
The floors felt dirty, & showed they were on our feet!!
I was going to wash the floors, the mop in cupboard was extremely dirty.i had to leave it
I slept on one of the single beds, the mattress needs replacing i felt all the springs very uncomfortable!!!
Slept all four nights on the sofa in lounge area.
Out side there was a small decking area with rattan chairs, they were all covered in bird poo.
I had to clean them, not something you expect to do when your on holiday
I phoned the owner, as I couldn't find the key code
She was very helpful, but as for the caravan it certainly needs attention to detail!!!
