Travertine floors, granite counter tops and an open floor plan make for a welcoming entry to your villa. Each guest is ensured their privacy and comfort with Villa 535 boasting four, large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Just outside the living area and Master Bedroom is a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; mornings are best spent here watching the sun rise over the serene ocean waters with coffee in-hand. This villa features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The Master Bedroom hosts a large walk-in restroom which contains a most-romantic Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Third floor level was great. Super sunrise views from back bedroom or deck. Plenty of room. No recycling. Frig/freezer went out and no communication or ice chests after we called the service/property manager. It eventually came back on but we lost all our ice cream and ice cubes.

This beautiful home was exactly as described. Spacious, clean and very comfortable for 7 adults. Great location with beautiful view of the water. Would definitely stay there again!
