About this apartment rental
This wonderful apartment is located on the second floor with no lift of an ancient building in the heart of Trastevere. It overlooks the characteristic Piazza in Piscinula, which despite being in the center of the neighborhood, is the quietest and quietest part of the district. It is an elegant and valuable apartment, which has maintained the original features such as the coffered ceiling, the fireplace and other period details. Very bright and carefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a large living room, a dining room, a study corner, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and four bathrooms (one of which service with toilet only). The location of the apartment is ideal, in the beating heart of Trastevere, the most characteristic and genuine neighborhood of the city, from where you can easily reach - both on foot and by public transport - the historic center and the main monuments. A few meters away there is a supermarket and several characteristic restaurants and bars.

This is a beautiful apartment in a very desirable and walkable part of town. The kitchen was well equipped for those who may wish to cook. (We ate out.) There are many excellent restaurants nearby. When one of our group left a wallet in the apartment, the host was very responsive in reuniting her with her cards/money.

Great location. Elevator was not in service and undergoing repairs. Main bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Main bathroom tub shower is almost unusable except as a bathtub. The hand sprayer was so strong it felt like a power washer (no way to adjust) and the shower head above was too close to the end of the tub, so there was potential to slip on the curved end. And, of course no grab bars if you did slip.The 4th bedroom with 3rd bath was fairly unusable - it was a small closet-like room off the kitchen with a single bed. This room would only be used in an emergency!Living areas were beautiful. AC worked fine.

Wonderful spot in a quiet neighborhood but with walking distance to everything. Host was helpful and great in his suggestions for dinners. Highly recommend this location.

The listing mentions elevator when it has been under renovation for 2 years and in any case would not be available for the apartment. There are 5 flights of stairs. The location is great but it is very noisy, mostly because it’s on a piazza but also because you can see through the window joints….The place is clean but needs a serious refreshment. Overall, it is too high-priced for what it is. We stayed a month.
