About this house rental
You're going to love this charming vacation home located in the rolling dunes of Sea Ridge and Osprey. Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the short walk to the beach (500 feet to beach access) and community pool. There is also a short walk to the water sports facility, restaurant and bar located across Duck Road (sound side) from the Sea Ridge community where you can view fabulous sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage at the bar. This home is well located with a number of updates over the last several years. Most recently the top floor bed, bath and sitting room, lower floor bathroom has been renovated as well as the main floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The landscaping has been done so you may enjoy the yard. Past improvements include the deck, living room and sun-room off kitchen.
