CAMERAS, PARKING, SAFETY & MAINTENANCE -Cameras: For your safety and safety of others we have 4 exterior cameras: (1) front door, (1) driveway, (1) front yard, and (1) backyard (recordings remain private and may be used for liability reasons and/or to monitor occupancy and other policies). -Parking: Driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles, depending upon size. No street parking. No overnight street parking. -Maintenance: landscaper on Thursdays. Pool maintenance Tuesday and Friday -Safety: fire extinguisher under sink, hard wired carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, first aid kit -Pool heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in.
