The location is absolutely great, close to Ciutat Vella but in a more quiet neighborhood. It is very well equipped, you have everything you need. We had a clogged sink when we arrived but it was solved the next day after contacting the staff.
However, the windows are very poor quality and very poorly installed, you can see to the outside between the frame and window, hence the noise on the weekends and traffic mornings was very loud. Also, the mattresses from both the bed and extenndable couch were so bad, the bed mattress was broken and one was slipping out of bed, and the couch mattress was so thin and the couch was squeaking at every move. During the night this was extremely annoying for all of us. The fridge is loud as well so we turned it off.

Easy to get to and from. If you are keen on walking, we walked almost everything (between 15.000 and 25.000 steps per day). Public transportation nearby. Spacious, clean, decent WiFi, sufficient amenities for longer stay.
Rooftop terrace is under construction which isn't mentioned anywhere. This should be more clear, since it could be the reason you'd find this place more interesting than others. Bed is okay, but could be a size wider and perhaps longer for extra comfort. An extra set of bedsheets was provided, however, in the same space (tucked away under the bed) they could have also provided extra towels e.g.
