Bel appartement en plein cœur de Sorrente. Extrêmement bien situé, dans une ruelle tranquille de la vieille ville et facile d’accès depuis le port grâce a la proximité de l’ascenseur public. La cuisine commune très bien équipée. L’accueil de Salvatore, ses recommandations pour le séjour et son intervention pour réserver le taxi pour l’aéroport.
L’absence de cafetière dans la chambre nécessitant l’usage de la cuisine commune. La décoration un peu sommaire.

Bien placé à sorrento, aussi bien pour la proximité de la gare que du ferry
Le service de bagagerie était manquant (mais c’est le cas dans bcp d’hôtels à sorrento)
Cela n’est pas pratique et on a dû payer 60 euros de plus pour faire stocker nos valises à l’arrivée et au retour via une société externe. Cela aurait été super qu’ils proposent ce service. Toutefois il y a des options pour les stocker via bounce à proximité.
Le coffre fort était trop petit
On aurait préféré un plus grand

Very good location and room good. Staff polite and helpful mostly.
The electricity went out and no one arrived for ages so we were stuck outside our room for ages and were given no compensation. We were also woken up to someone asking us to check out, three days before our correct checkout day. The dogs next door were very loud and meant we could not comfortably sit on our balcony.
