This property is in a great location, and has everything you need for a short stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The air conditioning works tremendously. The host is easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, or you can walk 100m down the road to the reception. Many great bars and restaurants very close by and great shopping too!
The seperate reception is a little confusing at first. And you require many keys for many doors to access the room itself. If you are not used to Rome accommodation, the entrance and staircase can be a little bit startling, but it is very authentic to Roman hospitality.

Location was excellent and friendly staff.
Very weak water pressure in the shower, it was not powerful at all and water was very slow to heat.
Upon arrival the floor was dirty and we had to remove a contact lens and eye lash extension on the floor.
There was also clear glass in the sink which caused me to cut my hand and bleed.
There is no mattress topper, only a loose sheet (not fitted) over the mattress, so in the night if you move, the mattress can be exposed to your skin, and ours had pink/red stains on it!
Also the light behind the bed had a panel missing and an exposed bulb which didn’t work.
The room was simply not worth the £1300 we paid for 4 nights!
