Location, style, and professional staff. Rooms were amazing. The spa was great to relax in after touring, and it was so close to all the things we wanted to see. Very romantic and charming. Staff was always helpful and professional, and went out of their way to make our stay a success. Very clean and breakfast was also a huge bonus.

Lovely property in the heart of Rome near Campo dei Fiori. The management really goes out of its way to provide first class service to guests. The property has a pool and spa that is by reservation only which means you get sole use of the facilities.
Rooms were a bit small for the price (at least ours were) but they were nicely appointed and clean.

Staff were excellent, great service. Breakfast was good, location is fantastic. Beds are comfy, rooms are on the smallish size, but standard for Rome.
The roof top terrace could be better - we went for a drink there but it seemed as though the member of staff didn't have anything we wanted! Took 50 minutes to get a bottle of water.

The staff member Adriana was exceptional. We appreciate her kindness and service tremendously! The rest of the staff were also so amazing and everyone made our stay so pleasant.
We absolutely loved this hotel, it's beautiful and in a very convenient location. We will definitely come back to hotel Lunetta on our next visit to Rome!
