The location it’s is in the center every major attraction is near and the staff were really nice and helpful
One small issue was the towel the are clean but stained with black color could burnt?

Perfect location
Bad idea to have no wall between the shower and the room (there was a glass instead). You definitely can see the person showering, what was bizarrely uncomfortable as I was travelling with my mom and my sister. No privacy at all.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made some excellent suggestions for dinner spots which was much appreciated. Having a bottle of complementary prosecco in the room was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the picturesque rooftop area very much. The location of the hotel near a variety of site seeing options was excellent.
For a deluxe room, it was really quite small and overpriced for what it was. There also seemed to be some mold in the shower which was concerning given the price we paid. There was no door to close off bathroom area, only a sliding door for the water closet.
