The apartment is very clean and comfy. There is everything you need, well equipped kitchen, big sofa, tv, garden furniture on the balcony and roof terrace, the pool is clean. Nice and soft down pillows on the beds. And stylish decoration. The neighbourhood is quiet, luckily no bars and restaurants around, we slept very well. The town is only few minutes by car or 20 minutes walk and there are shops, cafes and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
We couldn't open the lockbox at first, it took about 10 minutes.

Location was good.
Run down, mold in the master bathroom, on tiles and door frame.
Uncomfortable thin mattress in second room.
Non useable iron and ironing board.
Ants in kitchen, bathroom, living area.
One shower towel per person, musty smell.
Damage to the bathroom door and frame from a flood.
Front door damaged.
No kettle cook top dirty.
Toaster has burn on food.
