Disappointing, except grounds and location which were nice and quiet.

Quiet location, grounds were well kept. The girls working for the agent were nice, polite and cheerful on the phone. The artwork was nice and cheerful.

The property was not clean, it was musty, it was not tidy and we felt like we had to wash all dishes, crockery and pans, pots, cutlery, glasses etc before using. The property was musty, the outdoor furniture was in disarray with covers partly on and off. It was wet and musty. I would suggest to the owner they replace the old rug on the floor and get better cleaners/agents unfortunately. The welcome pack was mean, half a scourer, 2 toilet rolls of cheap quality, tiny amount of dishwashing liquid. The images on the internet do not represent the feeling or quality of the place we experienced. Go to ikea and buy a set of decent everything which will help tidy the place up. Remove all the old gear.

Location is a nice walking distance to cafes and beach. Shaded parking. Big screen tv.

Lots of mold. You can smell mold as soon as you step into the house. It's especially bad in the bedrooms, bathroom, and around the air conditioning in the living room. The Air Conditioner needs a service / clean asap. The mold is very visible inside the air con, which is likely spreading spores to the rest of house. As someone who is allergic to mold, I had trouble breathing in the evenings. It's clear that good effort has been made into cleaning the rest of the house, so it would be nice if this was applied to the mold as well. No air con in the bedrooms. Just fans. Kitchen had barely usable equipment. When you are paying $400+ / night, it would be helpful to have some usable frying pans, some oil supplied, and maybe a small bottle of milk / instant coffee / tea in the morning rather than have to purchase each of these items yourself.

Cute little beach cottage with super comfy beds in each room. Great size fridge good BBQ. Position was great and quiet neighbourhood great air conditioning and ample space for three couples inside

Exit to the backyard was through a bedroom so that was a little weird with all the outdoor furniture in the front yard, we moved it to the backyard for our visit but would be good to have an area out the back set up Laundry was outside with machine draining into the backyard which meant a huge wet puddle outside the back door which isn’t ideal Curtains were cream and too long for windows and so no sleep ins from 4.30am in summer … really needs some blinds to be more practical
