Jesmond is a good location for most of our Newcastle stays. The property was easy to get to and a short walk to the food court at the shopping centre nearby. Plenty of space inside the apartment. Codes were texted while we travelled so we could let ourselves straight in.
Mixed messages about parking - one message was allocated parks only, one was park anywhere. We arrived and someone was in the allocated parking spot so we ended up on the street. Apartment had some half finished repairs and was showing wear and tear (missing blinds, patched unpainted sections of the wall). A lack of pillows on the single beds, when I contacted the central reservations team I was told they couldn't do anything for us (in those words), we made it work for the night but not impressed with the response. The entryways and some parts of the apartment needed some more cleaning.
