It was lovely and the staff was amazing. The breakfasts were plentiful and all homemade with regional specialties. Bravo! The grounds and pool and rooms were all spotless.
This is not so much what we didn’t like as much as need to ask the property where your room is. Our room had a super lovely covered back patio with longes and a bistro table. The only slightly downside was that it faced the parking. That can easily be rectified by having larger plants in pots that can shield some of that.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casale degli Ulivi and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well looked after.
Roberta, the owner, is a fabulous hostess—warm, attentive, and always happy to help. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home.
The villa itself is beautiful, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a real pleasure.
The location is also fantastic. It’s only around a 15–20 minute drive to Monopoli and Ostuni, as well as being conveniently located for exploring many other beautiful towns and places in the area.
Overall, Hotel Casale degli Ulivi is a truly special place with wonderful hospitality, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and an excellent location. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Puglia.

The place is absolutely magical, with so much care and attention to detail from Roberta and her wonderful team! We spent 8 beautiful days at the Casale, enjoying the lovely swimming pool and every moment of our stay. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti in questa splendida struttura immersa tra gli ulivi secolari e a brevissima distanza dalle numerose spiagge con un mare fantastico. È stato un soggiorno semplicemente favoloso!
La camera da tre persone era estremamente spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di letti comodissimi con cui abbiamo riposato alla perfezione. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno privato, completo di lettini, tavolo e sedie, affacciato sulla piscina e un giardino curatissimo. La struttura è nuova e rifinita nei minimi dettagli.
Un grazie di cuore a Roberta e alle sue collaboratrici: con il loro calore ci hanno coccolati, fatti sentire a casa e dispensato ottimi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e borghi da visitare. Abbiamo amato tutto: dalla tranquillità della piscina immersa nel verde alla comodità del bar/ristorante attivo da mattina a sera, fino alla posizione strategica, ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti Fasano, Savelletri, Monopoli, Cisternino, Locorotondo.
Un’esperienza impeccabile. il nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi in zona. Torneremo sicuramente!
