Einzigartiges Apartment mit unglaublich geschmackvollen Design. Ein Hightech-Neubau, der keine Wünsche offen lässt inklusive Pool. Direkter Meerblick und laufnähe zum Hotspot am Strand. Es gibt ein Housekeeping und jederzeit die Möglichkeit nach Dingen zu fragen die man braucht. Das Beste ist José, der Manager, der unglaublich freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit ist und an den man sich jederzeit wenden kann, wenn man etwas benötigt.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist einzigartig in ganz Vilajojosa.

The apartments have lovely high ceilings, great aircon and lots of space. The rooftop pool, whilst small, was a good to relax at with a fab view. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and shops. The photos on the website don't do justice to the adjustment.
Getting parked next to the apartment is difficult if you don't pay for the underground parking. Once you get to know the area you can park within walking distance

The apartment itself was clean. The air conditioning was working well.
The apartments are very basic & very overpriced! There is no balcony to any of the apartments & if you’re out the front you get a view of the street & if you’re out the back you get a builders yard (with building workers noise from 7:30am-6pm at night)! The terrace had just 4 sunbeds & 6 chairs & is around 15ft length & width, this to accommodate at least 40 apartments!!! Astounding. The pool is tiny (would fit 5 people in it at any one time). Not fit for purpose, no adequate outside space & no rest as builders noise early morning & all day long. Did speak to Jose (reception) who advised nothing could be done wow. Have complained to booking. com-still waiting for a response from them 4 days later!!! This place is very expensive for what you get, we left a day earlier than expected & had to fund this to go elsewhere as it was so horrendous!
