Loved the complex and the location. The facilities were good and the cookies were a nice touch.
There was some confusion over the VAT payment which had to be sorted. However, although it was dark when we arrived the lady who dealt with us refused to give me any details for the property until I payed the VAT.
I asked if I could pay once I was settled but my request was refused so I had to follow her instructions at the central bus station in the dark with buses thundering past, making it difficult to hear and altogether it made the whole situation very stressful and unpleasant.

Room was beautifully designed, comfortably furnished, and well located. One of the most memorable lodgings we have ever stayed at.
Room would have been impossible to find without help, since there was no street sign or address number. We strongly recommend providing such markings. Without them, we spent too much time searching for the room.
